"when roof was being put up the men left my home open to the elements and caaused damage to the inside of my home. He promist to fix it and to date it has not been done. When the roof was being nailed nails were exsposed and a chop job was done to fix it. he also told me he would put up my damaged gutters with new ones and put in a window. he was paied and never came back. part of the roof is still leaking and part was not completed. He has told me in several emails he would do it but he left the job in aug.09 and still has not returned. I asked him to leave me some of the shengals to inable repairs if damage was ever to happen he never did."

"I found everyone I delt with to be very professional, from the selling to installation. The windows are of good quality and the installation first rate. The only negatives I noticed were a forgetfulness and/or delay to send further requested information on the windows and a possible replacement door. I am still waiting on info for my door. The only other thing was that glass shards were left both inside and outside of my home. I did notice that great care appeared to be taken with the laying down of blankets to catch debris, but in the future I strongly suggest that it not be assumed that those catch everything. "
