"Mr Charles Clark did my repair. It was handled in the exact manner that was told to me during the initial service setup. I was told up front what my service charge would be. They were prompt and gave me notice enough to get home which I had requested. They diagnosed my problem, checked to see if they had the part on the truck, came back figured my total cost and gave me the option whether to repair or not.
