"Most of the people were understanding about my requests. 1 insisited that I get my paint tested for lead and no children or others in the household were having a baby. I felt like he was trying to pull something to get me to buy another product and $$$$ of dollars would have to be spent. Stating that it was law, almost lost my buisness. If it is law then the home owner needs a copy of such law and this should be done on the 1st visit. The installer and his helper were very nice, quick and did a great job that I could see. I would recommend sears. I would also like to see sears show other companies prices to compare."
