"We made three appointments that he never showed up on, on the forth he finally had some one show up. When Jess came out to estimate the job he said it may take up to two days to perform the work and that he entire ceiling would have to be scraped at a cost of $350.00. When his employee showed up he did not scrape the ceiling and it took him about 2-1/2 hours to complete and we were still charged $350.00. The next day a small portion of the ceiling was coming down, I called Jess and told him that was on 11/24/09 he said he would be out the following Monday to look at it...I have not heard from him since."
