"The service tech was very professional and courteous, then found the problem after about 15 minutes. The minimum charge for the service call was $150.00 which would work out to be $600.00 per hour, not a bad wage if he got to keep all of it. I imagine Sears gets the biggest cut out of that one. Lower your minimum rate to closer meet the time the call takes."
