"I was extreemly impressed with Advanced Title & Stone, even though they did not touch or even see my project they donated time on the phone with me offering advice that helped me tremdously. I am somewhat dissapointed in this site, sadly. I never did find out if they made Advanced Tile & Stone pay, which I hope they did not because I feel they did not make the discription of my job very clear to the contractor, it was written in such a manor that the size of my job was substancially larger than what I described. "This was our first experience with Ranger. We required winterization of our furnace;garage heater (gas) and fireplace (gas). They called us very shortly after we "signed up" through Service Magic. We had to change our appointment time, and they graciously changed the time. Then,due to a late doctor appointment, we were not at home when the technician arrived. They waited for us, and CALLED us as well. We finally "hooked -up" , and Darren did a great job. He EVEN cleaned the glass on the fireplace. We will have them back this spring for our A/C work. "
