"Keith responded to my request promptly. He and Mike met me at my house and confirmed we needed a new door. After they left, my husband (Jim), who wasn't present at inspection, said he'd like the original door put back on the track and permanently shut, since we are vacating the property soon. They said could come out in 2 days to do job. I gave them Jim's cell # and asked if they would call him when they were enroute. My husband waited for them - no show. We called the next day. They would be out in p.m. We called 2x for update on their location. They were very late; they said it was due to traffic on I-94. They fixed the door."
