"Services started out great for the first month. I was suppose to recieve 8 treatments front and back yard, which I only got 5. I recieved only one in the back. It started around the 2nd treatment when he overseeded my grass with the wrong type of grass. I had two different types of grass growing in my yard. He acted like it was a mixup, but I had to suffer with the grass until it died, which in turn left my grass spotting and died in certain parts of my yard. It was a disgusting look and instead of taking blame, he suggested that my yard had a fungus and did not fix anything. Me and my husband where left to buy overseed and fertilizer to get grass growing back. We spent more than he charged us getting our grass fixed, which he charged $178, too good to be true. Anyway he shows up two months after we fixed the grass and wanted to continue treatment. We simply refused and continued our on maintainence, and which I recieved no refund for my left over services. While he is professional and sounds very knowledgeable, I was completely dissatisfied with the work and customer care."
