This beautiful deck/pergola adds a new room to the Howards home. This particular project is unique in that multiple color contrasts used in the deck, railing, and stain of the cedar really sets it apart from anything you will see. Start off w/ light colored decking then wrap it w/ rich maderia railing and saddle balasters, and set massive cedar post/beams in a deep brown stain, topped with saddle 2x4s on edge to create a shaded outdoor environment the Howards will want to share with friends.

Oaktree Addition
This ornamental pergola will make sitting on the back porch of this beautiful home on the fairway of Oaktree Golf Course an absolute delight. The lattice work between posts not only provides support and beauty, it also helps supply ample shade to this already comfortable area. Also the homeowners wanted the "roof" to curve like the patio. As you can see, this really adds to the distinctive design that makes this pergola one of my favorites.
