"Paint job was not completed, missed the interior window pane of one of my front windows. I also asked this contractor to hang some shutters for me. He did, but they were not flush with the windows, some were uneven, some crooked. I contacted the contractor about these issues and he stated that a "price adjustment" would be needed to correct the shutters since I didn't specify I wanted them flush prior to him accepting the job. He is the professional, so I didn't think I need to tell him shutters don't get hung 3 inches away from the window. I paid for the paint job in full prior to it's completion, I have not paid for the shutters, nor will I"
