Provided me with the answers to my questions. Showed up for service faster than I ever expected. Saved me money on the repair by not just replacing the control board that very well could have been bad based on the symptoms. Instead he replaced an inexpensive part and offered to return at no additional charge if the control board proved to be bad. Than he responded promptly to a follow up call with additional questions.
