Their reply was instantanious, their attitude and dimeaner excellent, even though the situation I had was very, very, troublesome they did the work exactly as I desired. Actually we signed no contract for the work, it was done on a gentlemens handshake! This being almost an impossibility in todays business world. This deal remains one of my lifelong best occurances with outside vendors as I am mostly a do-it-myself person. Due to health and old age it has become impossible to do everything myself and the required dependence on others usually ends up with me dis-satisfied. Not so in this case!!!!!!"
