True Craftsman Bungalow. 3200 square feet of red oak hardwoods and the finest craftsman detail. 4 beds, 3 baths, granite, marble, tile throughout. This was a very elegant home with all the bells and whistles.

01 Transforming the Ordinary
To transform the ordinary, we had to open up the kitchen, fit all the new high end appliances, and add more storage. We removed the old peninsula and added a small island with a prep sink to divide the main clean up sink from the cook top. We placed a large pantry next to the double oven and a broom closet across from the pantry next to the refrigerator. Finally, we used Quartz counter tops which provide low maintenance, are stain resistant and very durable - ideal for an active and busy family
