"It took me four (4) months to get a bid in writing from this contractor. The inital price of $2,300.00 quote came back at $2,800.00 and I agreed to the price for as soon as they could start. Finally in April, on good Friday the products arrived but they came to install them only to realize that all of the outside power outlets were shut off.Wouldn't a phone call be nice? Betterliving makes a fine product but the installer left screws on the ground and had to be asked to fix a section of spouting that fell off... A deadline to finish the project was never met. I'm discusted!"

"They overcharged the insurance company, only did about half the work they had esimated to do, charged to replace 150 SF of flooring and replaced 75 etc. Also di that on everything on the estimate replaced about half of what was paid for. They also left holes in my walls with raw mudd on them, and the doors to my utility room broken. They were supposed to have moved furniture for us and refused to move a piano which they were paid to do. To put the icing on the cake there was about $350 due on the job from the insurance company, and instead of contacting them about it they slapped a lean on our house. Not a good company!"
