"Sears subcontracted the work on our quartz countertop...The communication between Sears and their subcontractor was horrible. The countertop was scheduled to be installed on May 6th. On the evening of May 5th the countertop was dropped and broke...the suncontractors e-mailed Sears...needless to say no one got the message until another subcontractor came to our home and ripped out our countertop, When the quartz countertop had not shown by 11a.m. The guy who had ripped out our countertop called Sears...after talking to several people he found out that the countertop was broken and couldn't be put in until May 16th..We were 10 days w/o counter"
