"Dan was GREAT! My Fiancee & I just bought a new house, and I purchased a garage door opener thinking I could handle the install myself. I decided against it as I never had done one before and the manual said some homes need this, others need that, etc. Dan was MORE then pleasant to talk with, VERY willing to do the job & by my description I gave him...he knew the unit I purchased and all of the features without seeing it. He accommodated me by coming out that afternoon as I had the day off (Monday) and wouldn't be off again till Friday.
