"Bob was great on the phone. Told me how much it'd cost to mow the yard Also told me that leaf removal would be $15-20. We agreed that if it would be more, he wouldn't do it. I get a bill for $38 for the mow (no problem there) and $40 for leaf removal! I called him and he was friendly until I told him that a) the amount of work done was NOT worth $40. I'd done the raking myself before they even got there and b) We'd agreed on $15-20 or to not do it if it was more. He offers me $25 for it instead, which again is NOT what we agreed upon. So he tells me to not pay for it. The friendliness disappeared and he said send a check then hung up on me"
