"Tim called me within two hours of request and scheduled a work time. He called before he came and asked if he could go to a meeting first and then swing by after and do repairs. I said yes and he showed up before he thought and had all repairs done in 45 minutes that passed my expectations. I did not have materials for one job so he gave me instructions on what to buy and told me to leave him a phone message when I was ready for him to come by and complete this job.
