"The front entry door and frame work turned out very good, better than expected. The back door is a different story, the framing is as good as the front door, but the back door itself is not what I ordered. It has the dog door that was requested, but does not have the vertical leaded glass panes that I ordered. Instead a plain door with a peep hole that is too high for my wife to look out of. I have already paid for the original door that I ordered and am waiting to see if they are going to replace the door. I also ordered double cylinder deadbolt locks because of the windows and got single cylinder locks. 11/2/09 NO WORD FROM SEARS."
