"Our washer and dryer were delivered on a Sunday. The delivery man called us around 3:00pm to say that they would be late because a water line had broken at another residence and would still be delivering our machine. At 5:30 I called the delivery guy to see if they were still coming and he said yes. I was really surprised that they would deliver that late Most companies would have sent their employees home at 5:00. When the guys arrived they did a great job and were very friendly. They didn't seem at all upset because of the late hour. Thank you Sears for doing this. If it had been another day one of us may have had to miss work. "
