"Very quick service, they came out the day they contacted me. Very willing to help me with whatever I needed. Cleaned up the branches and all pinestraw as they cut them. I'd had another service come at a different time and when they cut the trees they left everything for me to clean up myself and they charged me twice as much as Burks. All-in-all I give Burks an A+. "David kept me well informed about the time of his arrival and showed up despite the snow. He had called to say he would be a little late because the snow caused a POOL CLEANING (!) to take longer than expected. Can't fault a guy for that. He was curteous and professional during the service call. The issue I called about turned out not to be a problem and he went over the spa to make sure. He then spent some time going over the operation and maintenance of the unit with me (a new owner of an older spa). At no time did I feel like he was looking for ways to charge me $$ for something I didn't need. A good Co. that would recommend to my friends."
