"Rich's price was very good. He was professional and provided an itemized estimate. The estimate was right on with the final price. The windows he uses are the same ones used by Sears and their quote was for twice the price of Rich's bid. They look great on the inside and outside. His crew cleaned all of the windows and constantly cleaned up after themselves with the shop vac. I would recommend them (and have) to anyone wanting window replacement. I plan on having him install windows in the rest of the house this spring."
