"Because I had been working with a previous contractor who faild to show until just before Aqua Flow came to do the work only to have the previous contractor fail to come back and complete the job making it necessary for me to go to Aqua Flow again and to have them come back again to do the work. Rather than say "No." Aqua Flow came back and got the job done just in the nick of time. As far as I am concern, Aqua Flow is "the absolute best." They are true professionals in every respect. I'm looking forward to having them come back in the spring to "reset" my entire system."

"While the contractor tried his best to complete the job before the weather got bad; he was unable to to so entirely. However, I trust and have confidence that he will complete the job, as promised and paid for, in the spring. That factor precludes me from giving him a VG rating at this time. However, I found him (and all of the recommended Servicemagic contractors) to be exceedingly knowledgable, resourceful, cooperative, and, most of all patient in providing details and estimates.
