"Because my project was relatively small, Rich was willilng to do my windows as a rush job, fitting it in amongst his other jobs. He did have to re-schedule once due to a personal emergency, but we worked that out. It took the length of time he had told me to expect. They cleaned up the project debris, were on time, and courteous. He told me where to check on-line regarding the quality of the windows he would be using and made sure that I knew I was to call him if I had any problems with them.
