"My primary complaint was with the promises the salesperson made...that they could quickly put a system in. It is nearly a month since my first contact with them and the system is not yet done. I think the contractors got here as soon as they could but that was two weeks later than I was told. The other issue is that I was told was that they would do the entire job before they moved on to the next. This did not happen. The installer was here last week, Mon. through weds. The system is on but they are not finished the work. When the worker left Weds. he told me he would call the next day and let me knoiw when he'd be back to complete th"
