"He was 1 1/4 hr late-which was a problem-He didn't spend time actually going over the carpets with the machine-once and it was done. there's more to tell, bottom line, I'm NOT happy with the results-carpets are still dirty in spots-I've been trying to clean them myself-He didn't spend the time needed to clean the carpets-and they were still damp 2 days later! Will never use them again-didn't have proper equipment to clean upholstery-so he used his hands! I'm not happy!"
