"This was our first experience with Ranger. We required winterization of our furnace;garage heater (gas) and fireplace (gas). They called us very shortly after we "signed up" through Service Magic. We had to change our appointment time, and they graciously changed the time. Then,due to a late doctor appointment, we were not at home when the technician arrived. They waited for us, and CALLED us as well. We finally "hooked -up" , and Darren did a great job. He EVEN cleaned the glass on the fireplace. We will have them back this spring for our A/C work. "
