"I am extremely unhappy with the service I received, the service was not as explained over the phone when appointment set...We asked for steam cleaning and pet treatment and possible changing of the carpet pad in one of our rooms, we were given a price of 74.95 plus 10-15 extra for pet treatment depending on how much was used. When I asked how much it would be to change the pad I was told that I did not need that, despite the smell of urine from my dog, knowing that it is in the pad I asked again and was told it was not nessecary. So I had my carpets cleaned and thought that I had pet treatment done. I feel I had shotty service."
