"Craig came over & "fixed" our 36 year old furnace. he said it would safely get us by for awhile. We had already been thinking of buying & having a new efficient furnace installed. In fact we had talked to Climax & AC about an energy audit & what we would need. On our day of need Craig came over & got the old furnace going. But we knew it was a matter of time before something else happened. Climax gave us a bid on the furnace installation & we accepted it. (we had shopped around & he was very much under the lowesrt bidder.) Besides the fact that we felt good about him & his crew doing the job. they did the job A plus & we have a wonderful syst"
