"Problem was found quickly & a *computer* part needed to be specially ordered. Unfortunately, it was in the 80s outside, $ the 70s inside, so my *little* fridge/freezer problem heated up quickly during the three days it took to fix. The repairman was courteous & helpful, but the required part was not available locally. I had to clean the entire fridge/freezer out and dump ALL of the food! The part did arrive quickly & the same gentleman returned to replace it. I'm happy with the service, but I felt that I had to give only 4 stars because the part was not *available* & I lost lots of $$$ just in spoiled food! Sigh..."
