| I think there was some disconnect in what the service technitian did versus what the problem was. They did the service, but when we came back from long weekend this past week, the unit stopped working. I called in for service to do annula service thinking that they will catch the problem of excessive vibration when the heater or air-conditioner ran in our house. Since then, the unit is not working now. I have call in for service again. I cannot blame for this, but I need them to service this unit and make it work, as this weekend is my son's birthday at our house. Please help. |

| The technician that came to my house was great. Honest, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my air conditioning issue quickly, was very candid in his assessment and offered very good advice on my air conditioning and other issues which he came across during his examination of my house. Great guy. Thank you, Danny. I would use WC Chief Repair again. |
